Returns for Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to love all of the Plumarii pieces you purchase, and we go out of our way to make it easy to return things that don’t match your expectations.


  • Products must be returned within 20 days of the purchase date to qualify for a full refund.
  • Plumarii is not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Please keep record of tracking information when sending back a product.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • When an exchange or return order is made, proof of the status of the same will be requested.
  • If the reason for the exchange or return is regret, we do not bear the return shipping cost. In the event of an error in the handling of the order or in the event of receiving garments in poor condition, the cost of shipping the return is on us.
  • Processing time for exchanges, store credit, or refunds is typically 3-7 business days ( once the case has been resolved and the returned product has been received.)
  • We reserve the right, instead of requesting the return of the garment and its subsequent exchange, to reimburse the amount thereof as the only compensatory measure.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock and fabric availability.
  • Wearing & Washing Items
    • When returning: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in order to qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.


  • Order cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed.
